Case Study

Independent Living Apartments, Gloucestershire

Situated in Tetbury, one of the most desirable towns in the Cotswolds, Steepleton is a beautiful collection of 68 independent, later living apartments.

The development was designed sympathetic to the local area. The apartment blocks are arranged around kitchen gardens, walkways and interlocking courts to create a sociable environment.

To deliver a bespoke setting for the homeowners, Pegasus wanted each apartment block to have its own individual look. With this in mind, the masonry elevations were designed to incorporate natural stone, render, and elements of curtain walling.

Our natural stone was also used in the homeowners communal lounge and snug to create unique partition wall features, and for the dry stone walls around the development.

  • Stone specified:  Grange Hill Cream building stone (exterior and interior walls), Grange Hill Cream walling stone
