Case Study

Traditional Country House, Oxfordshire

This traditional country property exudes classic character, and showcases the beauty of natural stone.

The property used a Cotswold stone mix with Bath stone masonry finishes  which included window and door surrounds, entrance porch, chimney stacks, quoins, balustrades and columns.

A hand-carved fireplace is located in the living room, and limestone flooring is laid throughout the ground floor.

Outside, sandstone paving provides a seamless transition between patio and swimming pool. The paving around the edge of the pool has a bull-nose edge to provide a safer, smoother finish.

The pool house has natural stone columns, archways with keystones, and balustrades above.
